Perfect and Farmer’s Partnership
Poultry farming has provided a great substitute to the typical agriculture farming as many farmers are looking for alternatives and substitutes due to loss incurred over the years, but they lack knowledge and guidance for poultry farming. Perfect helps farmers by giving knowledge and guidance from building sheds to raising birds. A team of professionals help new as well existing partner farmers in running day to day processes. Perfect looks after the lifting of birds and farmer doesn’t have to worry about highs and lows of the market, farmers get bonuses and incentives if birds have low mortality rate or if stock gets sold at good price.
Today there are more than 300 farmers partnered with Perfect across North India. It’s not only providing a substitute to farmers but also a new business opportunities to budding entrepreneurs.
Empowering Women
It is said that behind every successful man there is woman but in case of Perfect there are number of women who works for them. This plant gives employment to around 200 rural people out of which there are 80 women. Earlier the average monthly earning of these women use to be around Rs.1000-1500 but today many of these women are main bread winners of their family. Perfect provides flexible timings to willing housewives so that they can look after their household responsibilities and chores as well.
Perfect Animal Welfare
Perfect believes that a bird doesn’t has an option to live or die but a bird gives its life so that we and our families can get good healthy and affordable source of natural protein so it becomes our duty that this process is painless. Animals are treated well and delicately at all levels of process be it in poultry farms or loading/unloading from trucks. In our advance plant machinery birds are given a light electric shock so that they can become unconscious and doesn’t feel any pain at time of slitting. Proper animal welfare training is given on treatment and handling of birds across the group.
